This is my first attempt at a map. Please be kind. I know I have a lot of work to do, but my clanmates wanted it so we could vet it out...

This is a large map with 8 players...It has 2 main bridges.

I m sorry, but it take some good will to play the map.

Summary : a river in cross. Some bridges, one road, a dozen of building and a graveyard. A dozen of trees (or group of).

No decoration at all, green land (without farm bushes or grass) as far as you can see, and all of that absolutly flat.

It really make think a map you start to create, then stop after half an hour to perhaps one hours.

There is no trick for anyone, making a good map take far more time than that.
A so big map, would take you dozens and dozens hours of work imo, especially if you are unfamiliar with the editor and mapmaking.

My two cents, start with a smaller maps something like 500 x 500, and only if you think you have at least 20 hours you can work on it. Then test your map, it could take you some more hours of test and modifications.
