Roadbend - File Description  


Description:
Roadbend will have you in a battle that will put your Company of Heroes skilz to good use; As you may have guessed, this map centers around a large road that is anything but straight, at one end is one of the Base Camps, at the other end, and just to the south, is the other...you have some forests and structures spread out on both sides that will add to the adventure.

As this developer has stated that he likes a nice balanced map, this can often be unrealistic...so in keeping with real world situations, Lou has made Roadbend slightly imbalanced; Thereare a few choke points as well as lots of little nooks and crannies that the AI know how to exploit. So watch your blind spots and keep your wits about you...if you want to survive.

Hello-

You probably know the routine, extract these files into your "Company of Heroes\WW2\Data\Scenarios\MP" folder.

This is only my second map, but I like it okay and I hope you do too. I like lots of fuel and while I did try to maintain some balance, I do like some imbalance... as it is in the real world.

I find the map pretty difficult while playing with some of the best AI mods. It has few choke points and lots of little nooks and crannies that the AI knows how to exploit. So watch your blind spots.

Hey... I'm sorry I forgot VPs. I made a version two with 3 VPs... so if anyone wants it I'll upload it... otherwise this is only for Annihilation fans. And thanks for the comments... it's encouraging.

Posts: 5 		Do you guys Not make any good "bridge-tactic" maps? because the only 1's I've found really suck*****, n the originals in the COH game are better than modded 1's, which is sad when considering if you've ever played Juno the Beach (9/10 rating), then you would know what i mean by "making a great map"... grrr!
