Supply Lines (v2) - File Description  

Due to an issue with the previous release, $ TEXAS $ has submitted an updated version! Supply Lines is a fairly large four player map that will have you fighting the good fight with a European countryside as the backdrop...it's best to not pay to much attention to the landscape though, remember what you're here for...

As with the previous version, this is a first for $ TEXAS $ in his map-making style, as this map implements a .scar file, so there are now some new concepts present; This alone will increase the challenge-factor, as he who controls the points is in a great position to walk away with bragging rights! Almost every build-able unit will start off locked, and the only way to unlock them is by capturing control points.
    The three special control points contained in this map are:
    • One point gives a Pershing/Tiger reinforcement every 20min
    • One point will give Allies Air Support (uncontrolled bombing and strafing runs on Axis side of map)
    • One point will give Axis Artillery support (uncontrolled Artillery strikes on allies side of map)

If you happen to lose control points, it can result in temporary loss of the unit build option; Some points will unlock units for both teams so only the controlling team will get to use its units. $ TEXAS $ has stated in the readme that there will be a guide included in the .zip folder to help if you want to know which points do what, there is also in game instruction show you the location of the Key points.
    This version fixes a few issues:
    • Small adjustments to paths and environment
    • Fixed a major issue with axis not building their buildings
    • Fixed an issue with infantry getting stuck when leaving certain buildings
    • Structures surrounding main base can only be occupied my the owner of the base now
    • The game play has been greatly changed, instead of a single over all concept, this map now showcases many unique and familiar control points

Supply Lines:
A large 4 player map, that takes place in the European country side. This map adds some
new concepts to my maps, by implementing a .scar file. On this map all munition and fuel
points have special abilities:

There are many special control points:
(1) one point gives a Pershing/Tiger reinforcement every 20min
(2) one point will give Allies Air Support (uncontrolled bombing and strafing runs on Axis side of map)
(3) one point will give Axis Artillery support (uncontrolled Artillery strikes on allies side of map)
(4) both Axis and Allies will have two special reinforcement points:
one to give sniper every 4 min and one to give Greyhound/Armored Car every 6 min.
(both of these units are locked for construction through out the game)
(5) the are four key points that provide a special attack:
If all four of these points are controlled at once by one side, a large Artillery strike
will come down on the enemy's base every 3 min. (all points are fuel points)

(6) there are four lock/unlock points for these points only the controlling side
will have access to there certain unit (mostly Tanks)

EX: if allies control a certain point they may have access to Crocodiles but the Axis
won't be able to build Ostwinds, if the Axis captures the point they will be able to
construct Ostwinds and the Allies will no longer be able to build Crocodiles

There will be a guide included in the .zip folder to help if you want to know which
points do what.

In game instruction show you the location of all Key points.

note: the points may seem confusing but you will learn quickly
You must use fixed positions and all slots must be filled with Human or AI


-Unzip all the file in "Supply_Linesv2.zip" to:

"C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\My Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\WW2\Scenarios"

Note: "\HP-Administrator\" may go by a different name on your computer

This is a .sga file and does NOT require the "-dev" in the Company of Heroes shortcut
if you already have the "-dev" it's not a problem.

First: if you give me a good reason not to make it a .sga I will consider it.

Also in this remake I tried several different types of control points, I would kind of like to know which types you like and dislike for future maps. smile

such as:
(1) lock / unlock
(2) reinforecments
(3) Artilery / airsupport
(4) control multiple points (at the same time) for a big reward

the description at the top is incorrect, the game play is significantly different from the original, so please refer to the readme description.

the map is no longer made of several lock / unlock points, you CAN build most basic units without unlocking them.

Hi man
you're Map are Really Great buddy, And i'm proud to
Rock award you With the Fur Fighter Bad A** which mean that you Rock

Reinforcement Mao are really Great !
But if i may suggest one thing to set yourself apart, ""Survival map"" like you're stuck cornered in a tight spot, 5 minute for nearest jeep troops ( reinforcement ) to arrive / 12m for sherman ...... (etc) important that player can not build structure else then defensive ones, put in a few wave of attacker, let's say a 30 Minute-total mission time ( average time ii have to play :0) and you got yourself not only a great map.... but a still non-existent kind of map ! ( never seen one yet for CoH )
PS : PLZ ALLIES maps !! i hate playing Axis ( lol x2 )

I dont see it (or any other SGA maps) in my maps list when i start the game. Im sticking it in the right place too. Does having the Steam version affect this as i have this on steam instead of retail disks

If you are having a lot of trouble with the .sga and know how to use the old files go to this sight and you can get a .sga unpacker:


this works for Company of Heroes .sga file, I used this to extract the games core files it is very easy to use. just extract the files to a new folder on your desktop and deep in the file is all the familiar files most people are used to. just put these files in the usuall program files senarios/mp location.

I release .sga files because it is small and, for me, easy to use. also the fact that .sga files don't need the "-dev" command it makes the maps good for online play.

#7 are you running the map with all slots filled with AI or human and in fixed positions, because the game can crash if there is an open slot, I don't think
non-fixed positions will crash the game, but it wont run right if they aren't fixed

I usually play with one AI as opponent, and just myself on my side. I'll try your advice, thanks.

due to the scripting, (Scar file) if there isn't a player in the designated spots the programing runs in to a major error and crashes. that is probably the only bad part about scripted maps, you must have all spots filled

This map will NOT work with Opposing fronts or patch v2 (due to code issues)

this map needs original CoH and patch 1.71 or lower to work.

My game path is e.g X: /Program Files/THQ/Company of Heroes/WW2/Data/Scenarios
I also use a modified short cut with the -dev path for custom maps however, I haven't been ale to get any of your maps to work (they don't show up in the map list)
I realize my game location is a different path to the one you specified, is there anything I can do/alter to get them to work?
